Recommended Adult Dosing
Dosage forms: TAB: 2 mg, 4 mg, 12 mg, 16 mg
Partial seizures, adjunct tx
- [32-56 mg/day PO divided bid-qid]
- Start: 4 mg PO qd x1wk, then 4 mg PO bid x1wk, then may increase. by 4-8 mg/day qwk; Max: 56 mg/day; Info: for pts receiving enzyme-inducing AED; non-induced pts require lower doses, slower titration; give w/ food; taper dose gradually to D/C
