Prostate CA

[metastatic castration-resistant dz]

Dose: 1000 mg PO qd; Info: use w/ prednisone 5 mg PO bid; also use w/ GnRH analog in pts w/o bilateral orchiectomy; give at least 1h before or 2h after meals; do not cut/crush/chew tab

[metastatic castration-sensitive, high-risk dz]

Dose: 1000 mg PO qd; Info: use w/ prednisone 5 mg PO qd; also use w/ GnRH analog in pts w/o bilateral orchiectomy; give at least 1h before or 2h after meals; do not cut/crush/chew tab
