 Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  STRIP: 4 mg, 8 mg

Nausea/vomiting prevention, chemo-related

Dose: 24 mg PO x1 30min before chemo; Info: use for single-day chemo regimens
[moderately-emetogenic chemo]
Dose: 8 mg PO q8h x2 doses, then 8 mg PO q12h until 1-2 days after chemo complete; Start: 30min before chemo

Nausea/vomiting prevention, postop

Info: give 1h before anesthesia

Nausea/vomiting prevention, XRT-related

Dose: 8 mg PO x1, give 1-2h before each fraction of XRT
