 Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  TAB: 50 mg, 100 mg

Parkinson dz, adjunct tx

Start: 50 mg PO qd x2wk, then may incr. to 100 mg PO qd; Max: 100 mg/day; Info: use w/ carbidopa/levodopa; decr. dose to 50 mg/day x1wk to D/C
