Dosage forms:  TAB: 300 mg; PWDR: 40 mg per scoop

HIV infection

Renal dosing

CrCl 30-49: 300 mg q48h; CrCl 10-29: 300 mg q72-96h; CrCl <10: avoid use
HD: 300 mg q7 days, on dialysis days admin. after dialysis; no supplement; PD: not defined
