 Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  INJ (SoloStar pen): 100 units/33 mcg per mL

Diabetes mellitus, type 2

Dose: 15-60 units SC qd; Start: 15 units SC qd, may adjust daily dose by 2-4 units no more frequently than qwk; Max: 60 units/day; Info: give <1h before 1st meal
