Info: dwell x15min; continue q2wk until maximum symptom relief, then may incr. tx interval

Extravasation tx, chemo-associated

[apply 4 drops topically per 10 cm^2 skin surface q8h x7 days]

Start: w/in 10min of extravasation; Info: for anthracycline-, cisplatin-, carboplatin-, mitomycin-, mitoxantrone-, ifosfamide-associated extravasation; apply to 2x the affected area, air dry w/o dressing
