Toxoplasmosis

Dose: 200 mg PO x1, then 50 mg PO qd for at least 6wk; Info: give w/ sulfadiazine and leucovorin or give w/ clindamycin and leucovorin

Dose: 200 mg PO x1, then 75 mg PO qd for at least 6wk; Info: give w/ sulfadiazine and leucovorin or give w/ clindamycin and leucovorin
