Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  INJ

Mycosis fungoides, relapsed or refractory

[1 mg/kg/dose IV x1 on days 1, 15 of 28-day cycle, starting cycle 2]

Start: 1 mg/kg/dose IV x1 on days 1, 8, 15, 22 of 28-day cycle for cycle 1

Sezary syndrome, relapsed or refractory

[1 mg/kg/dose IV x1 on days 1, 15 of 28-day cycle, starting cycle 2]

Start: 1 mg/kg/dose IV x1 on days 1, 8, 15, 22 of 28-day cycle for cycle 1
