Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  ER TAB: 0.125 mg, 0.25 mg, 1 mg, 2.5 mg, 5 mg

Pulmonary arterial HTN

[individualize dose PO q8-12h]

Start: 0.125 mg PO q8h or 0.25 mg PO q12h, may incr. dose by 0.125 mg PO q8h or by 0.25-0.5 mg PO q12h as tolerated no more frequently than q3-4 days; Info: give w/ food; do not cut/crush/chew tab; to convert from treprostinil SC/IV, decr. SC/IV dose by up to 30 ng/kg/min per day, while incr. PO dose by up to 6 mg/day; PO total daily dose (mg) = 0.0072 x SC/IV dose (ng/kg/min) x wt (kg); taper dose by 0.5-1 mg/day to D/C
