Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  SOL: 0.3%

Conjunctivitis, bacterial

[1-2 gtt in eye(s) q2-4h x2 days, then 1-2 gtt qid x5 days]

Corneal ulcer

[1-2 gtt in eye(s) q30min while awake and 4-6h after retiring x2 days, then 1-2 gtt q1h while awake x4-6 days, then 1-2 gtt qid until cure]
