Recommended Adult Dosing

Multiple sclerosis, relapsing forms

Start: 300 mg IV x1, then 300 mg IV x1 after 2wk, then 600 mg IV x1 at 6mo after 1st dose; Info: for pts w/ clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting dz, and active secondary progressive dz; premed w/ corticosteroid 30min before and antihistamine 30-60min before each infusion; consider premed w/ antipyretic

Multiple sclerosis, primary progressive forms
