Dose: individualize dose IV q4-12h; Start: 200 units/kg/dose IV x1; Info: adjust dose to maintain desired factor VIII level of 50-100%; dose, duration varies by site/severity of bleeding, severity of deficiency, and presence of inhibitors

Dose: individualize dose IV q4-12h; Start: 200 units/kg/dose IV x1; Info: adjust dose to maintain desired factor VIII level of 100-200% until acute bleed is controlled, then maintain desired factor VIII level of 50-100%; dose, duration varies by site of bleeding, severity of deficiency, and presence of inhibitors
