Recommended Adult Dosing

Hairy cell leukemia, relapsed or refractory

[0.04 mg/kg/dose IV x1 on days 1, 3, 5 of 28-day cycle]

Max: 6 cycles; Info: use ABW to calculate dose each cycle; only change dose b/w cycles if >10% change in ABW observed from ABW used at 1st dose of 1st cycle; maintain adequate hydration, consider low dose ASA on days 1-8 of each cycle
