Recommended Adult Dosing

Hypercholesterolemia

- Start: 20 mg PO qpm; Max: 80 mg/day; Info: start 40 mg PO qd-bid in pts w/ >25% LDL reduction goal; give qd doses in pm; divide dose bid if on 80 mg/day; do not open cap
Mixed dyslipidemia
