Recommended Adult Dosing

Breast CA, locally advanced or metastatic

[40 mg/m^2/dose IV x1 on day 1 of 21-day cycle]

Max: 88 mg/dose; Info: use w/ capecitabine in pts whose dz is resistant to an anthracycline and a taxane, or use as monotherapy in pts whose dz is resistant to an anthracycline, a taxane, and capecitabine
