Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  TAB: 1 mg, 5 mg

Renal cell CA, advanced

Dose: 5-10 mg PO q12h; Start: 5 mg PO q12h for at least 2wk, if normotensive w/o receiving antihypertensive, and no Grade >2 ADR, may incr. to 7 mg PO q12h, then 10 mg PO q12h no more frequently than q2wk; Info: do not cut/crush/chew tab
