Dosage forms:  GEL: 20%; SOL: 20%; SPRAY: 20%

Topical anesthesia, mucosal

Dose: apply qd-qid prn; Info: spray x0.5sec, may repeat x1, max 2sec/dose; apply gel/solution x1min, then spit
