Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  SPRAY: 15 mg per actuation

Diabetic gastroparesis

[<65 yo]

Dose: 1 actuation in one nostril qid x2-8wk; Max: 4 actuations/day; 12wk; Info: give 30min before meals and at bedtime if qid

[65 yo and older]

Dose: 1 actuation in one nostril qid x2-8wk; Max: 4 actuations/day; 12wk; Info: for pts stable on metoclopramide 40 mg/day PO/IM/IV; give 30min before meals and at bedtime if qid

Renal dosing

CrCl <60: avoid use

HD/PD: avoid use

Hepatic dosing

Child-Pugh Class B or C: avoid use
