Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  TAB: 3 mg, 4 mg, 5 mg

Urothelial carcinoma, locally advanced or metastatic

[8-9 mg PO qd]

Start: 8 mg PO qd, incr. dose to 9 mg PO qd at 14-21 days if serum phosphate level <5.5 mg/dL, no ocular disorders, and no grade 2 or greater ADR; Info: for pts w/ susceptible fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 or 3 (FGFR2 or FGFR3) genetic alterations, and w/ progressive dz on or after platinum-containing chemo; restrict phosphate intake to 600-800 mg/day
