 Recommended Adult Dosing

Toxoplasmosis

Dose: 50-75 mg PO qwk; Info: not 1st-line agent; give w/ dapsone, leucovorin

Dose: 200 mg PO x1, then 50 mg PO qd for at least 6wk; Info: give w/ sulfadiazine and leucovorin or give w/ clindamycin and leucovorin
