Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  ER TAB: 4 mg, 8 mg

BPH

Start: 4 mg PO qd, may incr. to 8 mg/day after 3-4wk; Max: 8 mg/day; Info: give w/ breakfast; do not cut/crush/chew tab
