Dose: 0.5 mL IM x1 at mo 0, 1, 6, 12, and 18 for 5 total doses; Info: for pts 18-65 yo w/ high risk of exposure to B. anthracis; give booster dose of 0.5 mL IM q12mo if continued risk; may give booster dose q3y in non-high risk pts

Dose: 0.5 mL SC x1 on wk 0, 2, and 4, then at mo 6, 12, and 18 for 6 total doses; Info: for pts 18-65 yo w/ high risk of exposure to B. anthracis; give booster dose of 0.5 mL SC q12mo if continued risk
