Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  TAB: 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg

Insomnia

Max: 20 mg/day; Info: for sleep onset and/or maintenance; use lowest effective dose; give w/in 30min of bedtime and >7h before planned awakening; give w/o food for faster onset; reassess if no response after 7-10 days
